It worked! I disconnected the negative and positive terminals just to be safe. Waited 15 minutes and tow mode disabled. THANK YOU to this forum. Please update with what Ford suggests for a long term fix.

is the battery under the driver’s seat? The manual isn’t clear on how to disconnect it. I tried the positive connection under the hood but that didn’t do anything

Welp this has just happened to me on my third time out flat towing the Maverick. Found this thread and am somewhat relieved as my wife can drive the Maverick as I drive the MH. Not ideal though. So you just disconnected the positive and negative terminals for 15 minutes, reconnected them...

I would try a different USB cable. I bought one that has a higher transfer rate and haven't had any issues.

Just picked her up this morning. I had never ridden or even seen the inside of one but it’s great! Smooth ride and great experience. Built in late March and just arrived to my dealer in the Dallas-FW metroplex. XLT hybrid with moonroof, sliding window, engine block heater, and bed ties.

I got the same email on 1/26 but when I log into the Ford Tracker, it still shows that only the order has been confirmed. I also got the update this week that my build date has been moved up to March 20. Anyone else having this same issue?
