Ok, all you forscan guys, after going in and changing factory settings have any of you had any warranty claims and how did the dealer or ford handle it.? Has anyone who changed their trucks settings had any hassles from ford or the dealership? Thanks ahead of time.
Only thing I see would be more wear on the RDU in LOBO mode. But remember with today’s vehicles all that information goes to ford, so if you have a warranty claim, it might affect that.

I would call it a Panel Truck more than a van, something for light duty delivery, like flower or pizza shops. I could only see Ford doing that if Maverick sales dropped, also remember where they build the maverick, they also build the escape and bronco sport models. So unless they add capacity...
I have a Lariat with the built in charger, the only issue I’ve noticed is it will cycle between charging and not charging while driving, no heat issues and I have a normal case on it.
The reason I know it cycles on the charging is it tells me when it starts and stops charging by voice.
I just retired out of the wentzville plant that builds the Colorado/Canyon and as far as I’m concerned the maverick is the better “compact” truck. The Colorado is basically the competition to the ranger, with a 2.7 turbo 4 getting 17 mpg. I chose the maverick because of the better mpg, cost and...
