Did you receive a Order Confirmation email from Ford? If yes, then yes you ordered. You may want to confirm order/no order with your dealer. A reservation allows a dealer to contact you regarding your interest in the vehicle. Ordered doesn't mean you're obligated to purchase when it arrives.

Let's not forget dealer stock orders and customers ordering directly from dealers, not using the reservation system. I think current actual orders are much higher than 40-45k.

All trim levels use Navy Pier as the trim color. The difference between trim levels is seat material and accents.

I know what I think is the worst color on all trim levels Cactus Grey (Green). I think it will be the worst coordination with interiors. Sorry, just my opinion, don't think it's going to age well.

I'm pretty sure that manufacturers count "sales" as vehicles shipped to dealers. 80K was reservations, not orders. I think Marverick will do well for Ford, but I also think it's going to take awhile to see big numbers. :)
