Just a quick update on this the other drivers insurance finally got back with us and they said they took full responsibility, however with all the cars involved (6 total and some vehicles are most likely totaled) they might go over their liability, meaning I’d have to go through my own insurance 🙃

That's what it looks like to me too, I didn't go and confirm that the frame is buckled or bent in any way, because honestly I wouldn't think a hit at about 15-20 MPH would do that much damage. Also, it's going to a body shop so I'll let the professionals take a look anyway.
