  1. What are we going to do about this?

I actually like the new front end, the 19" rims, Sync 4, the 13.2 " screen and the new interior color. I hope to order one soon, unless the 2025 Ranger offers a moonroof. If that's the case, I will need to reconsider.
  2. The front end...I like it

    I like it, too!
  3. 2025 Maverick Job 1 Production Starts 11/11/24

Tim with Long McArthur Ford has several videos and on one of them he said Job 2 will begin approximately 3 months after Job 1. I'm waiting, too.
  4. What went wrong with the 2025 Maverick Front!?

I realize many don't like the new front-end, but I actually like it better than the 22-24. I think it looks more truck-like and f-150ish. The new headlight housings are smaller and the grille is bigger. I'm going to order one next week when my sales guy is back from vacation.
  5. 2025 Maverick Price Increase

I bought a '23 Escape instead of a 22-24 Maverick. I have not been keeping track of Maverick prices, but assumed they increased with each new model year. One of the primary selling factors was the big screen with Sync 4. I've been watching the Maverick and Bronco Sport and waiting for Sync 4...
  6. Reason why Hybrid Maverick interest so high? [WARNING: NO POLITICS]

I had planned on another 2.0L EB when I order the Maverick. I've never owned a hybrid or driven a vehicle with a CVT. My concerns are not with hybrid technology or the Atkinson 2.5L engine but with the CVT. Is there any basis to my concern? I drive 500 miles a month of which 60% are highway...
  7. New 13" screen

I have the large screen and Sync 4 in my '23 Escape. I like it much better than the 8" screen with Sync 3. While I agree that the HVAC controls on a touch-screen can be frustrating to use, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. An 8" screen (in any vehicle) is small by today's standards.
  8. Justifying my 2025 Maverick Order

If you want it and it doesn't interfere with your essential living expenses or savings goals, then get it! I really like my '23 Escape ST Line, but I'm going to order a 2025 Maverick Lariat. Good luck with your decision.
  9. Is the excitement and demand still there?

I agree. The 2024 Ranger Lariat that I built on the B&P was $52K. If the 2025 Ranger offers a moonroof, I'm going to take a closer look. The cheapest midsize pickup that I priced was the 2024 Colorado at $49K. I could have spec'd them with less equipment, but that's not the type of truck I like.
  10. Is the excitement and demand still there?

Yes, Sync 4 offers Sirius/XM. It has more functionality than Sync 3. I use Sync 4 daily in my '23 Escape and really like it. It's interesting to see how we differ...I like the new font end and 19" rims. It looks more f-150ish.
  11. 🛒 2025 Maverick Build & Price Online! Whats Your Build?

It was on one of the Maverick Lariat vids from Long McArthur Ford on YouTube. The guy said Job 2 would be approximately 3 months after the start of Job 1. Good luck with your build.
  12. 🛒 2025 Maverick Build & Price Online! Whats Your Build?

2025 Lariat | Azure Gray | 2.0L | 4K Tow Package | Moonroof | Pro Trailer Assist (Job 2) plus a couple of dealer add-ons $40,620. I am waiting on Job 2 for the Pro Trailer Assist. I actually like the revised front end, the 19" rims and the new infotainment screen.
  13. Dealer charged 27,960 FordPass points for oil change and rotation

I had The Works package on my' 22 Bronco Big Bend 2.3L on Aug 21 and they charged 16,834 reward points, around $84, which included an extra charge for a 5-tire rotation. I remember when this would have recently cost around $65.
  14. ActiveX Interior Colors

I have not seen a Maverick yet. I am curious if the ActiveX seat colors are brown and dark blue or brown and gray/black? In some vids, they look like they have bluish-gray trim...
