I started with a soft roll-up, but it was a little annoying watching it move around at speed.
Just installed a hard rolling cover, BAK X4S, from Realtruck.
Looks better, sits flush with the top of the bed rails, is easy to open and close, and secure when closed.
Good luck with your choice. Lots...
At the time of my first oil change, I installed the Valvo max drain plug system and the Rival skid plate.
I didn't like the way the front of the Rival left an open area, and the 4 screws looked odd not being used.
I cut a section from the front of the factory panel, and installed it to cover...
I'm all in on the 'don't run the level too low' group.
My wife used to run the level low in our 2003 explorer sport trac. The pump would get hot and not re-start in the summer here in Fl.

I remember a past post about replacement grommets from Ford, some early trucks had issues with not enough tension on the rubbers.
I can't find it , maybe someone with better search skills can find it?
I'm preparing to get Forscan to make some minor changes to my XLT Hybrid.(seat belt , stop the rear turn hyperflash).
I downloaded the as built data from the Ford page.
How do I open that file? What program to open it?
I am familiar with programming trucks( 18 wheelers), so it looks like Forscan...
Have them write your RO and document the miles now. As long as they keep the ro open, you should be good.
Also, it should give them the incentive to make sure they have the parts available when they start working on it.
I have noticed a bunch of ground spots on my hybrid. Just look for a bare ring terminal fastened to the frame. There are several in the engine compartment, several under the truck at the rear. I can try to get pics, I know some here are better than me with attaching pics.
The dealer I visited today has fourteen 2024 Lariat Tremors on the lot. That tells me they are having trouble selling them.
Yea, thats because they have $1700 of extras that noone wants!
Tell them to eat that cost, and you will make that 13 on the lot. Thats what I did, it worked for my 24...
