The logo is formed into the plastic. It was all delivered in one box. The bottom tray was rolled up inside along with the front, sides, and tailgate protector.
I didnāt order my Maverick with the bed liner installed but ordered the drop-in bed liner upon receiving the truck and used the ford pass points towards the purchase.
I really like the fit and looks of the liner. The instructions were relatively easy to follow and everything was going well...
Jones Ford in Shallotte, NC. Ordered on October 30 with a verbal agreement. Order was promptly placed correctly and it was delivered 2-3 weeks ago. Very laid back experience. In and out within 45 minutes even with a trade in!
I think this sales model has to be tested and maybe that is what Ford is doing. However, I think they will suffer the consequences. I donāt think most prefer to order and wait. I think that most people would rather be able to go see and drive the vehicle before buying. I could be wrong! I think...
I have read (skimmed) the owners manual. The weather has been nice in NC and I have had no need for AC so I keep it off and out of auto mode. However, at random times, when I start it, the AC is on and I have to turn it off upon starting. Am I missing something or are little gremlins playing...
That is what I was thinking too. It is easy to sit idling for long periods playing with it when new. I did but I have yet to see under 28 mpg on the eco boost so I donāt know! I am anywhere between 29 and 35 in normal mode
I am getting no vibration problems but if I ever do, I will add some weatherstripping between the sun and bracket. Just didnāt have any when I mounted.
I used the bracket to mount mine with the sub resting on the foam pad below. I bent the bottom of the brackets straight. For wire, I used 4 stranded shielded security cable soldered to the front speaker wires behind the heat and air controls. I donāt know if security cable is the best choice but...
The power bass front speakers and jbl powered sub behind the rear seat for me! Even though I would probably been content with the stock xlt setup, those two additions made a huge improvement!
Casper is front wheel drive. I didnāt do anything special. Drove the route like I always have. I used cruise control on 62 when I could. I thought about getting a hybrid later but I have about changed my mind. I am very happy with the ecoboost
Yeaā¦..I am sure the hills play a major roll. I was traveling up the coast in NC on totally flat roads going to see my Mom. I have driven that route many times in various vehicles. Strong winds can affect mpg too but there were none yesterday. I have used nothing but the normal mode so far
You might be right. I was shocked that the stretches of 72 didnāt decrease it no more than it did but seemed to hold the mpg. In my 40 years of driving pickups, I have never seen even close to 30, much less 35
When I got home from the dealership last week, I reset the trip screen. For the first 197 miles, I drove it like I will on a daily basis. I did idle a lot, playing with settings and controls. I also pulled the boat to the ramp one day. It still produced 28.7 mpg. Today I went on a 365 mile trip...
