I figured it out!
Apparently im just dumb, the menu remembers where you last were. This is page 2 apparently. I just scrolled up and voila, it was all there. Thank you for the help though 🙏
So I swear I had settings for lane assist under the driver assistance section of the gauge menu when I first got my truck. Its an XLT with the copilot 360 1.0. I turned it off on the stalk with the button for a while, but now that entire menu seems to have disappeared. It still works fine if I...
I like it a lot overall, fits like its supposed to be there. Matches the oem floor liners. The lid design could be a little better, seems a bit stiff and like the springs overextend at full open, but it will work just fine for most of the trash that you'll create on a road trip that cant wait...
Me too, I think mine was built in September of last year. So a good 8+ months sitting lol. Seems like a lot of these end of production ones got ignored since everyone was so excited for the 25 refresh.
One thing I'm curious about is how long the octane learning takes. Some people say it's after you fill up, some say it takes a whole tank. I personally can't imagine it would move that fast, otherwise the whole point of the octane modifier would be kind of moot. Knock events lower the modifier...
I remember the climb from Furnace Creek to Father Crowley Point in death valley was pretty brutal, especially at slower speeds behind other cars. It was "only" around 120F when I did it, but my performance pack Mustang's radiator was working hard for sure. I saw cylinder head temp hit 227 right...
I did a deep dive on this because I was curious. The Tremor slots in between the regular Ecoboost and the FX4/Towing package ones. If you look in the parts catalog there's only three radiators for the Ecoboost engines. The FX4 and towing package radiator is the same thing. Pretty decent height...
It's an easy choice for me since Costco here has 91 or 85. 85 is what the majority of people use, and yeah, it's sort of similar to 87 at altitude, but since every owners manual ever made says not to use it, I don't.
As far as performance and such, there is definitely a difference, but it's...
From what I've seen the vast majority of recalls have been for software bugs. Seems Ford needs to hire better programmers or stop outsourcing a lot of the work (I assume they probably are). Following that are bad parts and then finally bad install or factory practices, like the padi lamp thing...
Got mine today, haven't had time to put them on though. I like that the kit includes a tool for the pushpins and extras just in case some get broken, plus the little wrench for the two bolts on each side. Seems well made.
I miss it up there, so many cool places. It feels like there are so many little state parks and attractions that you could go 10 times and still barely see anything. Prairie Creek Redwoods stood out as one of my favs the last time I was in the area.
