Well, I was rear ended at a stop light this evening. Wasn't a terribly hard impact, but dude stayed on the gas peddle for a bit and pushed me into the car in front of me, so there is damage on both ends :cry:

I drive the speed limit. When you’re not in electric mode, let off the throttle and then ease back into it and it should kick to electric mode. You can do that fairly often, which greatly improves your mileage.
Another tank over 50mpg, getting close to that 10,000 mile mark. May 30th will be the 6th month mark of ownership, and if I hit 12,500 miles by then I’ll be on track for a 25,000 mile year 😬
Correct, brighter headlights. I figured the headlights being aimed accurately was a given. What’s the point of brighter headlights if they are not aimed at the roadway?
uh no, as long as the light is accurately directed where it’s supposed to be, it doesn’t matter how bright they are, it will have no impact on oncoming traffic.
I think the people that are getting flashed is due to automatic high beams that most newer cars have now. The Mavericks click on and off constantly, and I see the same from other vehicles on the road.
