This says that you want a hybrid. Hybrids get better mileage in stop and go traffic whether that is on the freeway or in the city. When you say you want a Tremor, what's that for? Actually going off road, scratching up your paint, denting your oil pan, possibly rolling over your truck? Or do you...
But are cars rear-ending our Mavericks or are we Maverick drivers backing into the cars behind us. I guess it's all relative. Perhaps this thread should be titled:
Theory of Relativity & why Mavericks get rear-ended so much
Nope, I've never wondered 'where'd he come from', because I look in the mirror first and then I look over my shoulder and only then do I change lanes.
Now if you're the kind who is finding himself wondering, "where did he come from?" then perhaps you need to stop daydreaming, put your phone...
And what's worse is that I discovered that the USB port needed to use Android Auto takes forever to charge my phone. If I'm making a long trip in the morning, I'm used to just charging the phone in the car along the way, and if I use the charger for the phone, then I can't use Android Auto.
Thanks!
I rented a Toyota that drove me nuts trying to push me back into the lane when I was changing lanes, but then I got the Mav and found the Mav to be almost unnoticeable.
However, the light on the dash in question is about auto-hold and not the stay in your lane feature...
I know that Navigation updates don't come over the cellular/phone network or an Internet connection for that matter. I recall when I first updated the OS for the car, it wanted an IP style Internet connection.
My good neighbor probably ordered that before Elon showed his true colors recently, and even then, I admire them for going all electric. That is probably their third or fourth Tesla in the family. What's funny, is they don't seem to have a charger on the house. I have no idea where they charge...
(This might be a little old as I originally posted it on the other Maverick forum. However, I found that group to be quite dull, so I'm starting over here...)
My Lariat arrived on the back of a Carvana truck. I chose the Maverick over the other vehicles out there because it has the hybrid...
You might check if something has changed with your wireless access point (usually part of the ISP gateway aka 'router') since connecting the other two vehicles and make sure there's nothing big and metallic in the way. Just a guess.
No, something about Maverick sounds better. I'm old enough to remember the original Mavericks and the last of the Rancheros. When I hear Maverick, I think more of the old James Garner western or Top Gun or even just the literal meaning of the word, than the old mid-size sedan.
I completely...
Glad you're okay (but when something goes wrong, call Ann Phoong 😁)
So, is that an official/insurance total? Looks bad but for how new a blacked-out Lariat that is, I'm actually surprised they won't try to fix it. Or maybe you've got the free replacement w/ your insurance (none of my business)...
