Well now that we have OP's permission to keep going down this ADHD rabbit hole. I looked around online and couldn't find any dimensions for surface area for mav front pads and corsair gt. I'd imagine the gt ones are larger but by how much and to what degree it would compensate for the smaller...

Mav rotors are 325mm. Corsair GT are 308mm. Would rotors need to be swapped too or would there be enough clearance with 325mm rotors?

Where are you finding these 2 piston calipers available? Is it a certain package for the corsair that they are an option?
