The limiting factor is the filter with most synthetic oils. As the filter starts to degrade, it bypasses more and more oil, which is not ideal.
10k should not be a problem, especially with an extended change interval filter with synthetic. Wix XP or Amsoil filters are meant for extended...
They are too much, no doubt about that. I did not buy the Maverick because of price, instead size. But there is clearly room in the market for a bare bones off roader like wrangler used to be. ZR2 is just damn good…even though it is damn expensive.
I always figured there were no tint restrictions in AZ because every car with AZ plates is “murdered out.” Good to know it is just good cops with common sense and that my faith in legislators to pass stupid laws is unbroken.
Potentially correct and meritorious.
One’s insurance is governed by the contract. Read the contract. As I am sure everyone does every time they hit the hit that “I agree” to terms on the web or when buying their phone.
My insurance has no such exclusion…I just looked. But every policy is...
I for one wish they would put a word for word reprint of every forum post in the owners manual so new buyers would get the truth.
And then maybe someone in the government could tell us all what is true and not true…because they said so.
This is my first Ford since a 95 Mustang…and no others currently. Only two things I observe that are rather different…
One…the chimes are rather nannying. Never heard something beep and jingle so much.
Two, the switchgear feels cheap, which is a rather Ford thing in my opinion. I have a...
Oh the curse of flares…I added them to protect the paint from crap coming off the tires, but because they make the tires look too small….now they force bigger tires to go on, defeating their purpose.
23.3 over the course of 6 tanks. So I am right in this same ballpark. Maybe some improvement with more break in? But this is pretty expected I think for the Tremor. They always say that shin spoiler is worth a lot of mpg…
Sadly my 6.6 Duramax is better on fuel, but the current cost of diesel...
Ha. Now there is something funny appropriate for the internet. As opposed to anyone who claims they are like a government misinformation board…the arbiters of what is and what is not.
Oh I agree with you and lament government is taking the route that because there are bad people, we all lose liberty.
I am certainly not getting in the way of anyone getting home safe. Me having tint would not change that just like me having guns does not change that. If a cop were to come up...
So…depending on the jurisdiction, it sounds like the guy who caused the accident is more than 50% at fault. In my jurisdiction he is barred from recovery.
Of course I entertain the possibility of a suit…I think I have said that, but maybe I have been in artful with my point. I would say you...
True. Cops love for you to give them an easy reason to pull you over and this works. Assuming they want to nab you, this is good reasonable articulable suspicion.
As far as the gun comment…If there is a criminal hell bent on killing a cop, the tint is not going to be the difference. Maybe...
So the lift saga…
Spoke to RangerLifts. They now have a Tremor specific lift. Asked whether the normal lift fits as it said it did on the web…told me that the larger lift cannot be used because it is too much for the factory components. They edited the webpage after the conversation.
Good...
