IMHO, If the rates are low 0 - 1.5% then you should not pay cash even if you can. That's cheap money that you can invest elsewhere and make money. Paying cash for something that has cheap credit is not ideal.

Most of the time they just peel right off. Sometime you gotta hit them with a hair dryer for a bit to soften up the adhesive. If there is any residual adhesive, you can use goo gone or WD40 to clean it off. Make sure to hit it with soap and water after that to get rid of the solvent.
