Dealers generally make more money (profit margin) on used vehicles. Thank goodness for Carvana and other Internet retailers to at least give sellers more options to get more money for their used vehicle.

Since I bought my Maverick I've been recording the mileage, gallons purchased, etc whenever I fill up. During warm weather I've been getting 26-28 mpg, but last winter and so far this winter my mileage has gone down to 22-24 mpg.

It’s not as much a thing as it once was. The last time another Maverick owner waved at me was at least 6-8 months ago.
