I haven't checked with my dealer in a while, but even if they can input a hybrid order (which I believe they still can), these are all constrained at the factory, so you would be waiting for a build date beside our American friends for a long time - since parts are the issue rather than...
Canadian order banks are still open, they never closed. That's why you're getting the same response from the multiple dealers that you called. Demand here is below our national allocation. Expect about a 4-5 month wait for delivery of a non-constrained EB build.
This is correct from the factory. However, you can modify ANY 6.5” screen to display the off-road data if you want, via a Forscan software update. The fact that hybrid and non-FX4 EB Lariats don’t come with it is just a packaging/marketing decision from Ford. It’s in the vehicle software and...
The 4.5" doesn't have sufficient resolution or refresh to display the Off-Road screen - i.e. you can Forscan it onto any 6" screen, but you can't onto the smaller one, because this is a hardware, not software limitation.
That's why the FX4 includes the larger screen, and why the Tremor will as...
Congrats, enjoy!
That is by far my favorite packaging so far. I hope the XLT variant is visually the same, but with cloth - kind of wish I had splurged for the Lariat!
p.s. I hope you have a Lux package with the heated seats, mirrors, and wipers. If you're not scheduled, might also want to consider adding remote start and a block heater!! 🥶
If you are on a work permit, you can temporarily bring your personal vehicle here for up to 3 years without having to fully "import" it. You won't be allowed to sell it in Canada, and after 3 years or when your visa expires, you'll have to take it back to the U.S.

Following up on something else I found ... this is amazing!
"Coil spring suspensions ... to give you a ride more like a car!"
"New 4WD Mavericks ... they're different ... and they're Fords!"
Pretty much every enthusiast here knows the Maverick name from the '70s compact car, but poking around the internet I saw that the name has been used on several international-market SUVs (early 2000s in Europe), and even a pretty rugged off-roader and pickup (!) for Australia in the early 1990s...
Chat is near useless right now for Canadians. Last time I tried, they told me my "estimated build" was in early March - which would have been impossible since at the time, they hadn't even started scheduling February yet. My dealer looked up the ETA for final arrival, which was early March. So...
Congratulations! If you have a VIN and ETA, you are scheduled. 14xxx is a sequential number meaning that yours is the 14,xxx-th 2023 Maverick scheduled by Ford.
I'm also a Canadian order with a 14,xxx VIN - mine is scheduled for production the week of Jan 30, with a delivery ETA of late...
