I've been saying this for months, and then all of the Maverick owners and potential owners get on here and tell me how Ford doesn't know what the eff they are doing and that I am wrong. Seems like there are a lot of CEO's on this forum
You might be confused about something. I am in Phoenix and I have been in 118 degree temps and it works great, even at idle. I have never experienced a/c shut off on any car related to ambient temps that was otherwise a normally working system. Except when auto start/stop is active, and on most...
I wonder what you mean by "cutting into the paint"? But the correct answer should be no. A correctly applied wrap is simply over the paint with no damage done to existing paint or parts.
Under the scenario you are describing they should still be evaluated by the dealer, as if it is a tire manufacturing defect the tire can be replaced. Though that kind of failure is also typically an impact break and not warrantable
Those are 100% NOT torn belts. And even if they were that would be considered an impact break and the vast majority of time that is from impacting something and not a manufacturing defect. So not covered.

Jesus man. This guy might suck at customer service, but he is likely relying on parts catalog or bad vendor information. Just return what you have and move on. This isn't shady business practice, it is information break down. You've wasted more time and negative energy on this than it is worth...
Can you not just return what you have an order another from another vendor? And FYI making a complaint to the BBB is a colossal waste of time and a little bit of a Karen move.
It cannot be debatable that him stopping would have prevented a fire. He stopped with NO fire and oil everywhere. He continued to drive and had a fire. Preventable 100%. As for the oil cap it is a guess. But it sure fits under his complete description of the events. And being in the business I...
