I have these in my miata. I really wouldn't trust it to hold up a license plate. You can pop those pins pretty easily. I don't feel like washing the truck right now so I just wanted to put the plates on first and get to it later. Still haven't fully decided what to do just yet.

I went into the dealer to place an order for the '23 Maverick but they told me they required me to provide my SSN and workplace but not income. I essentially filled out their credit application form and signed it because they said Ford requires proof that the person ordering is a real person...

My dealer is saying I need to provide my SSN because Ford wants to make sure the person ordering is real. Has that been your guys' experience? I practically filled out the credit app but they say they're not going to submit.
