I ended up installing the 12v port on the passenger side thinking that I can add a UPS cigarette lighter adapter if needed and if I need a 12v port on the drivers side I can get a 120v AC to 12v adapter. Same thinking as you but in reverse š
@Maverick_Innovation_Designs Just installed a USB and 12v port. Easy to do and fits great and the ones accounting for the liner thickness installed easily. I also like the LED display and would be nice to have one in the 12v port too.
Quick question, is the USB A fast charge the same as QC 3.0?
@gzebrick Thanks for the pics. I tried to square it up but it didnāt work on all the latches so was going to something like that as well but with a strip of hard rubber behind it to push it in a bit. I agree that itās a shame we have to do this but once adjusted itās a nice cover. The fix for...
Thanks for the measurement! Mine are
Between the rails: 51 11/16ā
Locks tip to tip AFTER adjusting: 52ā
This means my original tip to tip length would have been about the same as the rail to rail measurement which is why the latches were not engaging. They were thus basically fitting just...
Out of curiosity for those who have ordered the 12v cigarette lighter and USB adapter, which side have you been putting each one? Iām thinking 12v on the 110v side so all the major power outlets are on one side and the USB on the other.
Thanks. That looks like mine too. In that case I need to push the latches outwards more so that they engage the rails. What I did was loosen the latch mechanism and push it out for panels 3 and 4. This allowed the latches to now engage but at the loss of some structural support if someone tries...
Thanks @Rcrew . None of the latches engage so I slightly adjusted it so that at least one of the rear ones engage. From your picture, it looks like the rail does not sit flush against the black plastic cap on the bed. Did you use a spacer? How did you get it to stay square?
Mine is currently...
I have installed the Leer cover and it is pretty easy. The problem I am having is that the cover does not latch to the rails because the rails are too far apart. This is the same for all sets of latches no matter how I have squared it. Is anyone else having this issue and if not, could you do me...
If you havenāt already done so, check your oil level. My BMW engine is a bit noisier when the oil level is low and quiets down when I add oil up to the max fill line.
Thanks all. As you all said, looks like I was looking for the gap in the wrong place. When I looked at the Maxzina mudflap picture on Amazon it looked like a big hole in the wheel well liner. I have added mud flaps now too so hopefully that will mitigate wheel spay up there. Appreciate the...
Before I got my 2025 Maverick, I ordered a set Maxzina mud flaps which would cover the left rear wheel gap as others reported that it was still there. Turns out that Ford appears to have covered that gap so the mudflaps donāt fit properly. Does anyone elseās 2025 have the wheel gap covered now?
Been waiting for a compact, AWD Hybrid truck for a while. The hybrid Tacoma was interesting but its MPG was terrible for a hybrid and it was a midsize truck (unlike the smaller older models). The 2022-2024 Mavericks were just right, but no AWD. Figured Ford would come out with an AWD hybrid at...
@Momotoji thanks for the parts list. @Tommy_Tenor could you provide a parts list to for this for us in the US when you get it together? Iām not quite ready to build a rack yet but maybe in a few months so this would ready help. Thank you!!
I just updated mine on my iPad and iPhone and both work. There is a, what I think, is new location service. I donāt remember that being there before and was surprised earlier that it didnāt have it maybe it just did not work for me before).
