What she told you is true about how the warranty process works. They repair, submit to Ford, they pay and then request old parts back, then they inspect. If they find physical damage, etc then they deny the claim and charge back the job to the dealer. Sounds like you bought from a dealer...

Since I last posted, I removed my homemade hood decal and replaced it with tremor appearance package decals. Also, added the door decals as well. Overall, I’m very happy with this truck. Just wish I could get the dash to stop rattling like crazy.

You may try ordering from a dealer. I had no issue receiving my set. These are shipped from a vendor and not from a ford warehouse and that may be why they cancelled them. Mine came in 3 days.

It isn’t a tremor color, no. These are the appearance package decals for the tremor. They are done on clear matte vinyl so the body color shows through. Should be no different than factory as they are the genuine item.

Ordered them from myself. I work for a Ford dealer.

They are made from some pretty thick vinyl. OE usually makes some pretty good stuff because it has to last or it’s their rep on the line. Cost for both is $100 plus tax. $70 for one side and $30 for the other.

List price on these will run you about $100 plus tax for both. Not too bad a deal, tbh.
