Lightning is no better. Based on Ford's announced production they are only making 15,000 trucks in 2022. I reserved the day after the announcement in May and I'm not confident I will see mine until sometime in 2023. A new Maverick will certainly hold me over though :)

No, that’s not the 12V. The Maverick can be jumped like any traditional vehicle -and I believe the 12V is under the hood. The lithium battery is typically sealed and you won’t ever need to access it day to day.
edit: adawalli is correct, 12 volt is under the back seat.
