Red flag. Find another dealer. I had similar silly comments but placed and order Oct 21 and 9 months later my order has vanished with Ford. No record and the dealer keeps telling me things that aren’t true. Now they won’t even respond to my emails. Run away while you still can.

Thanks. If you end up driving 70-80 mph on the interstate let us know. I want one eventually due to price and easy to remove but concerned it might flap a lot in the wind/ low pressure. Dealer cancelled my order from Oct 19 or it’s missing so it will be a while before I need one.

Does it flap a lot in the wind at Highway speeds or is it pretty stable?

I got the same story but now my dealer tells me they cancelled mine because it wasn’t going to get built and that the regional manager told him to, but he wouldn’t show me proof. I guess I’ll have to quit the October club and start again with the next August club.
