  1. 2025 Hybrid AWD underside pictures.

I used the Mabett. The bolt removal was no big deal, but the camera angles in their instructions were very confusing. The instructions are also showing of and EB Maverick, which is not the same as the hybrid (exhaust wise). It would not be worth the trouble to build your own in my opinion, when...
  2. 2025 Hybrid AWD underside pictures.

    About 4000 miles so far.
  3. 2025 Hybrid AWD underside pictures.

I already did, but only because I thought I was going to mount an ARB compressor in that fender. I ended up mounting it in the passenger side fender though.
  4. EV coach as startup default. 2025

This post in specific to the 25 model year, it's a different animal altogether than the earlier years, dash wise.
  5. 2025 Hybrid AWD underside pictures.

For those gearhead types, here are some pictures of what a 2025 Hybrid AWD underside looks like. The good news is that all the fluid change maintenance look pretty easy to get to.
  6. EV coach as startup default. 2025

Well, this at least proves that the "on demand" screen, which is the one the contains the EV coach, can indeed be programed to come on at start up. Can you tell us how you got the EV coach box to appear at the bottom of your list ? It seems to me that the list (with the check boxes) is in a...
  7. EV coach as startup default. 2025

Can anyone tell me how to keep the EV coach as the default start up screen in the information on demand section (to the right of the speedometer) at start up and to stay that way? Right now I have to shuffle through the information that I set up in the "My View" to get it to show up. My...
  8. 2025 AWD hybrid Maverick - air bag suspension and compressor(s) install.

I've been using air springs of one type or another on my trucks for over 20 years, so I guess it's habit. I guess the biggest advantage is adjustability. I've been known to push or exceed the payload ratings on occasion (just short local trips) and the air bag route gives you that flexibility...
  9. 2025 Hybrid Gear Ratios & HF45 Transaxle Technical Info

There is no tachometer to verify this, but I personally don't detect the engine running at a higher RPM than it did on my 23 hybrid maverick. My guess is the software keeps the engine RPM's at a very similar speed as the HF45 transmission.
  10. 2025 AWD hybrid Maverick - air bag suspension and compressor(s) install.

I removed the bed cubby airlift compressor from my 2023 and installed in into my 25 AWD. As this is a low volume/ low pressure system, I needed a separate compressor for my tire pump duties. On my 2019 Ranger, I used the high pressure compressor for the suspension duty also, but rigging up the...
  11. 2025 Key FOB frequency changed

Same goes for the tire pressure sensors, the 25's use a different frequency than the earlier years also.
  12. 2025 Maverick Hybrid HF55 Transaxle Info (nice write up)

According to the latest Ford supplied information, ALL 2025 hybrid mavericks have the 3.37 axel ratio. I would love to see any legitimate Ford (and current) information that says otherwise.
  13. 2025 Maverick Hybrid HF55 Transaxle Info (nice write up)

The final drive ratio on the 25s The final drive ratio on the 25s is 3.37 as apposed to 2.91, that alone could be the reason, but the fact the the traction motor also has a significate increase in torqued could be another reason. Programing is different for sure. The 25's cold start habits...
  14. 2025 Maverick Hybrid HF55 Transaxle Info (nice write up)

I can attest that the 2025 Maverick hybrids are notably quicker than the prior years. I previously owned a 2023 FWD hybrid, I now own a 2025 hybrid AWD Maverick. My wife still owns a 2023 FWD hybrid and her son just bought a 2025 FWD hybrid. I have driven all of them and both of the 2025's are...
  15. 25 hybrid lariat inaccurate/incorrectly calibrated fuel gauge?

I've found the fuel gage on the instrument cluster to be all but useless on my 2025.
  16. I need help with the radio head unit removal

I never heard of the Pac harness, but the PNP harness ended up working fine and my understanding is they also offer an extension which would allow for behind the back seat installation. I ended up not pulling the radio module and mounted the amp on the air box , just above the glove box with a...
  17. I need help with the radio head unit removal

I did call my local Ford mechanic and he explained how to release the connectors. I did see that the area above the cabin filter door location would be perfect if it was smooth, but this whole Velcro idea is my new favorite. I think I will somehow mount a metal plate to that area and use Velcro...
  18. I need help with the radio head unit removal

Thanks Carlitos. My first option was to make a metal bracket to attached to the metal cross bar under the glovebox (similar to what this guy tried to do), as I know it will fit there, but I also figure I will have a whole day (or more) in fabricating it, so I want to try behind the radio module...
  19. I need help with the radio head unit removal

I'm in the process of upgrading the stock non-B&O stereo system on my 2025 XLT, but I'm stuck. I have installed new door speakers and a powered subwoofer and I am now trying to find a place to mount a Kicker key 4 channel amp. I purchased a break out harness (and the amp) from plug N play kits...
  20. Major Power Outage... Thank God I have a Hybrid

The 12V battery is charged by a DC/DC inverter from the high voltage battery. So he is correct in saying he is powering his house items from his hybrid truck.
