    No. It’s plug and play. The vents pull off. Unplug the plugs, put new controller in the vent panel, reinstall. Couldn’t be easier.

    I ask as they are sending a carrier to pickup my mav. However they pay me within 2-3 days of the pickup. Sounds weird.

  5. Dashcam... can the accessory outlet be changed from always on?

    I’d wire to something with the key on. Or pickup a battery pack to help offset the power from the maverick battery. Forscan has a time limit for the accessory 12v. Think it’s setting are in seconds. I lowered mine.

    My 22 F150 gets 21-22mpg when not loaded. 18mpg usually towing a trailer. My Mav hybrid gets 40-42 mpg usually. Big difference.
