I will do the same as my Maverick is to delivered in 2 weeks. I will not pay more than agreed to back in July. It is just a truck but I do hope that they honor our deal.
I would have it repaired by a collision company your Insurance Co is aligned with as they usually do the best work. This process has worked for me in the past. Should not cost you anything as your deductible will be covered by the other at fault drivers insurance.
The Maverick could only compete against the Santa Cruz. The other car companies had nothing to offer so it was mano e mano and the Maverick was judged a better truck.
