    I just watched a disturbing video on Youtube by "Pine Hollow Auto Diagnostics" about a 2017 Ford Fusion where the car was stuck in Park. Looks to have the same dial shifter as the Mav. Very complicated system. It was the transmission range control module. Doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy...

    I feel the same way. The private offer is good but any savings will be eaten up by the higher interest rate on my loan :-(

    I saw an XLT hybrid lux at the New York Auto Show last April. Area51 like my order. I crawled under to look at it but couldn't open hood on the display model. Ford rep was from Marketing, didn't know much about production.
