No, there is nothing from the factory there and truthfully the wheel well wont stop all mud either. I did use a good sealer over the black primed parts before assembly. A good pressure washer is your friend LOL. I dont thing some clear silicone would hurt anything but unless it is a 4wd and...

As Promised here is the video on the removal and re-install of the rear quarter panel. Part 2 will be painting and brief reinstall ( its always much easier going back together than taking it apart :) )
