Does anyone know if this is all climate control, or just heating? Just curious if it is heating related, or battery charging while idling related.

Here's mine. Never remote started or idled, rarely used climate control. Live in a warm climate, so not necessary. Looks pretty melty due to the molded metal shielding, but it is undamaged. Still not happy about ford's (lack of) response to this issue, even if it hasn't affected me.

The threads are m8x1.25, I'm not sure of the length off the top of my head, but I'd guess 250mm. The rings are the expensive part though.

Just got them yesterday. At my local dealership they were $53 per d- ring, and $14 for the 4 bolts. The total for two d rings and a pack of bolts (they come in a pack of 4) was $130ish after tax. Don't think I'll be using this dealership for anything again. I can upload part numbers if anyone...

Still waiting unfortunately, I'll probably call them early next week and try to find out how much longer. I may just end up making some d rings myself if they're not in yet.

I ordered some last week, should be arriving this week sometime so I'll let you know. I ordered two d rings and one set of the bolts.

I modified my little phone holder to be more useful. It was bugging me that it looked like it could accommodate a charging cable, but I couldn't get one to sit in there happily. Took just a couple minutes of messing around, but it works! Now I can have my phone upright and visible while charging...
