    No it's not. AWD uses a center differential, 4WD uses a transfer case to allow complete power to either front or rear seperatly.

    Incorrect. The National Parks Service has complete authority in any US national park and the other part is, if the ticket is written in a National Park, it is a federal ticket, not a CA state ticket.Federal always superceeds state.
