I had my dealer change my order for a XLT hybrid to the ECOBOOST ON 12/16/22 WITH NO PROBLEM.I then called customer service and confirmed they said i was good to go .
I WAS TOLD MY ORDER WAS SENT IN DEC.15 HAS .AFTER CALLING FORD MOTOR ON 3/17/22 I WAS INFORMED THAT MY ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED TILL 1/20/22 AND THE DEALER TOLD ME THAT WOULD NOT AFFECT MY BUILD DATE. I SAY BULL!!!!. NOT A THING I CAN DO BUT NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.
