    Great share… thanks! Similar issue with regular Phillips screwdrivers on many Japanese marques; you need JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) or the heads strip out. “Right tool for the job” is important.

    I installed the single unit in the hitch receiver with supplied plug and play harness on my ‘24 XLT. Fifteen minutes start to finish. Nice unit.

    The switch can be oriented however you wish. In this case, light up / on. Majority of time it will be off or down. I chose this configuration.

    It’s at the dealership (special order customer didn’t take). They can’t finalize until released from stop sale.

    Waiting to take delivery on a 2025 Lariat. Mfg date is 02/25. Hold / stop sale. I’m hopeful Ford will verify not affected and releases for sale later in the week. 😞
