My Mav was built in March. I sniffed the oil cap and the dipstick and there is definitely a gas smell. For comparison I did the same for my 19 Vette, which has direct injection and no gas smell. Guess it time for a dealer visit on Monday.

I always apply a ceramic coating to license plates. That makes removing the annual stickers easier to take off. So I would imagine it would weaken the adhesion of the lettering. I would wash the area good and use an alcohol (IPA) to thoroughly clean the area for maximum adhesion.

I guess I wasn't clear enough. I added the shortcut but the only shortcut options were the lock and unlock. Fordpass didn't show the start/stop as being an option. On my Apple Watch, the app allows lock, unlock and slide to start. Hope that clears it up. Thanks for you response.

johnny99 I'm curious how you got the "start" and "stop" on the shortcut. When I look at the Fordpass shortcut it only shows the lock and unlock options. On my watch I get the "slide to start" but not on the shortcut. Thanks.

I have a 25 XLT AWD. The remote start option on mine came with the luxury package. If you have the luxury package it will be shown on the window sticker below the standard features in the option equipment section.
