    I got one of these emails. I ordered in December so I didn't really expect an "in production" email but I must admit that my heart skipped a beat when I first saw it..and I am sure that Ford is aware of that reaction from thousands of us hanging in limbo expecting Ford to cancel their order. 😡

    I ordered in December and it was changed to a DIBL. I noticed and asked if Ford reduced the Package price to reflect the difference and the sales guy practically laughed when he said no. I was hoping that once they figured out how to fix the problem, it would revert back to the SIBL... Seems...

    It likely comes down to the money. The 23 will cost more so they have to start from scratch and write off the 22 as lost income due to constraints. They are probably getting a government kickback or insurance write-off for this reason.
