Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Both look good; the Ford accessory has more depth (i.e., 3D depth), while the decal/wrap is less costly. When I did mine, the Ford accessory wasn't available. But I did 3D black Maverick & AWD lettering and also did a blackout of the tailgate Ford Emblem.
I had mine installed by a pro guy. YES - WET application - be careful, 2 people help for sure. I've also since blacked out the Ford Emblem on the tailgate (bo current pic). It's been for 2.5 years now.
I am not qualified to answer that, as there are so many variables that can affect the battery condition (weather conditions). I'm just now learning about some of the on my '23 Lariat, 35K mi. If accessory items are on, e.g., seat/steering wheel heater, defroster, side mirror heater, Bluetooth...
Probably a normal condition. If stopped with auto-stop, by letting up on the brake pedal, the engine will also restart. Another auto-stop solution is to take short drives and let the battery get to a less than 75% charge level, then the auto-stop function won't work.
I got rid of the OEM tires as the tread wear was more than I thought. They were also scary on wet pavement in heavy rain due to hydroplaning. I also do fall tillage work for a farm group in our area for about 6 weeks, so I have the vehicle in fields in all conditions, but not on trails or...
I also got the Cooper Discoverer Road & Trail when the OEM Pirelli Scorpion lasted about 30,000 miles. The purchase reasons were a more aggressive tread without being a mudder, longer tire life (65k), a 3 Peak Snow rating, and being on sale. Very pleased with the 1st 1.5k miles as to ride and...
I replaced the POS OEM Pirelli Scorpion ATR's at 30K, $ & % 32 thread life left. While I see mostly highway driving, there is about 10% mild off-road in farm fields in the fall. I went with the Cooper Discoverer Road/Trail. Has what I was looking: ie, MP3 snowflake rating, a bit more...
Before I had my Mav, I borrowed my SIL 2500 HD Chevy crew cab with a full 8 ft bed to get some lumber. 3 notes: It took the full 8 ft 2x4's no problem; took 2 blocks to turn around in, and am able to watch the gas guage move very quickly!
I had one on my previous Maverick. I liked it, but it also let in some water, just like the Bak hardcover on my current Maverick. The best way to mitigate this is to ensure full coverage of areas around the back window, then down about 1ft along the sides, and make sure you fill the factory...
