I have the same issue. Got it replaced under warranty b/c it was a loose connection inside. Wish I could say that resolved the problem of disconnecting w every bump, but, the new one is the same: a Ford POS.

My 2024 XLT does the same thing, but it's only hot for less than 1-2 minutes max. I got it replaced under warranty, but the new one is the same. That tells me it's a Ford POS. Heated steering wheels should stay HEATED until I turn it off. I have no issues w the heated seats...yet.
