Ford originally introduced the Maverick (car) on April 17, 1969 (the 5th anniversary of the introduction of the Mustang)... could they be planning to use the date as a tie-in?
If I order one... it won't be black or white... I was a big fan of the F150 color a few years back that basically looked like primer gray with clear coat...
But I expect I will be getting a gently used lease return in a couple years...
Need: reasonable pricing, high build quality and BUILT FORD TOUGH.
Want: 2.0T, selectable AWD, drift mode (I can dream), rear seat delete (or completely flat folding), good sound system WITH KNOBS, heated (and cooled?) power seats, power windows (including rear slider), sunroof.

My 2010 Ranger Sport 2WD 4.0/manual has got alot of life left in it... for me, it's MAVERICK or nothing... just finding one optioned for me will be the only question
I like it. I want a rear seat delete (since we're likely only getting a SCrew cab), 2.0EB, PLEASE give it selectable or at least smart AWD, and a sunroof... a stripped down fleet truck with good power, cruise control, power windows would be perfect
Let em roast... idc.... I would love a 2.0 AWD that I could lower.... but honestly need to see the truck in production form to determine what I do with it... bit I can dream....
I currently drive a 2010 SuperCab Sport 2WD 4.0/5spd.... good old truck, lousy mpg.... rarely need the full bed... and love the development of this new truck.... just hoping I can get a lowering kit when I buy mine...
For me, selectable 4/AWD and good power... are major wants... easily lowered or raised suspension... I really want a low stance and AWD for handling and appearance... I know all the trim levels will be named the same as the other truck lines... but IF a Raptor-esque option comes along, I hope...
1.5 EB for a base model FWD/AWD could keep the price point down, but at what cost to towing capacity? Ford is very strong in Payload and Towing Capacity for their pickups... so maybe the 2.0 EB comes in as a higher power option for some pulling power and sportier packages (dare I dream of a...
