Battery voltage has nothing to do with the charge state
According to the dealer the battery voltage level has nothing to do with the charge level. Service writer and 3 of his service managers all agree with this. 2023 XLT FWD 2.0L ECOBOOST ENGINE 760AMP AGM BATTERY After 6 months (12,000+ miles) Auto s/s quit working so took to dealer and got 'battery is low, not driving enough'.
