I think you should give it a try. I have always been a fan of aftermarket wheels on vehicles because everyone has factory wheels. Always make your whip personal!
I have had 265/60/18 on my 23 AWD stock suspension with no rubbing. I took them off and put the steelies back on when I traded it for my Hybrid. These tires and wheels are available in the phoenix area. I also have a RC 1" leveling kit available (never used it).
I onlly replaced the door speakers with these! This improvement alone is more than enough for my listening needs. I also did some generic sound deadning inside the door panel. Best of luck with your project!
Some A-Hole scraped my truck in the first week of ownership in a Home Depot parking lot. I even parked way out with nobody around. I had it fixed and color matched the front grill bar at the same time. "The Twinkie" is all better now! Good Luck with yours!
Too bad you are so far away. I have these available in Phoenix. They were on my AWD before I put the steelies back on to trade it in. Anybody interested? pm me. No rubbing on stock suspension.
