I knew I wasn't the only one!!
Today, I tried to replace the defective Lasfit cargo LED bulb with a new one and the outer two screws wouldn't go back in. I struggled for about an hour, and eventually held tight the plastic nuts with needle nose pliers and got them out.
This was my 5th time to...
I bought and installed the LASFIT 3rd brake light LED and the back-up (cargo) lights above the rear window, back in June of 2023. I like the brightness and the color, but one of the two back-up lights (left) started flickering maybe 3 weeks ago, so I swapped between the left and right and...
The same thing happened to me. They tested the battery several times and said it was fine, but it went into the sleep mode virtually daily.
Two week ago, I took it in for routine service and asked them to check the battery. They said the BCM recall/update would fix it and also said that it...
I know we will find out through official means soon, but I'm quite sure that the 2025 model Lariat will have the front sensors because the Spy photos clearly show it:
That's the one feature that I wished my 2023 Lariat had. It wasn't available to option back then...
Ah, I don't mind the look, but the front-end design is not coherent - kind of disjointed. But, I am sure it will eventually grow on you.
But, I am happy to see that they now have the front parking sensors!! This was a feature that I felt was missing from the current gen. (y)
Ah! I bought something very similar to match the seat colors of the Lariat, and I like it a lot:
It has a small window in the back for the Ford logo too:

I also thought it was a normal operation and I like it that it's ready when in use but parks at the extreme bottom when it's not in use. But, I agree that it should "park" every time the wiper operates in the Intermittent mode.
Ah, it literally just showed up on my vehicle dashboard too! I took my Hybrid Mav to the local dealer this morning for an oil change, and there was no mention of it. It also says, the remedy is not available yet...
So, I already tried adjusting the two screws that hold the light in place. But, I have not tried adjusting the posts. I'll check to see if it's something I want to undertake or let the dealer work it out.
Thank you for the tip though!!
Hi everyone!
I have had my Maverick for the last 4 months and still loving it!
I noticed it a couple months ago that the rear left light unit is not flush with the body work. In fact, I can put a finger in the gap and see through to the floor. I tried to reseat it with the screws but I cannot...
I have MY23 Lariat with Lux package so it came with Sync3 Navigation. It really is so-so as far as navigation systems go. The navigation features are quite basic too and doesn't really offer alternative routes and route updates. Comparing to my previous vehicle's navigation (Jeep), I do prefer...
I think the FE was worth the money, the black painted roof and the moon roof was a nice addition - plus the bed cover. I also have a MY23 CG Lariat with almost all options except the moon roof that I took delivery of less than 3 months ago.
Just for fun, I checked Carvana last weekend to see...
I was given the price protection discount on the day of delivery. It wasn't included at first - but when I asked for it - they reworked the numbers until the price protection and X-plan discounts were incorporated. My tax was calculated after the incentive and price protection were applied so I...
Even though the website as well as the window sticker stated leather-wrapped, all 23MY vehicles were shipped with vinyl (Active-X). That's what I understand and can certainly confirm with my 23MY Lariat...
Yes, the 2024MY Lariat will lose the keypad but the bed rails is now standard. Also, the remote start was added back to the Lux pack - though it loses the window deicer.
I also have a Lariat, but is so useful when I'm at the beach or playing sport. I don't want to be carrying keys so I leave them in the vehicle. So useful!
I thought so too, but the upcharge on Bronco for HPR is the same with Maverick at $500. So, it seems more likely that Azure Gray will also be a $1,000 option... That really is O-U-C-H.
