Tried the search function but too much fluff to sift through so thought I would ask here.
Approximately when will the window sticker be available for a upcoming Maverick production (week 2-10)
I also think walking away was the right thing.
Looks like they are jerking you around and once I get that feeling (real or imaginary) I bail out then and there.
I recently sold my 22 Maverick using KBB pricing and sold to a private party. I did not accept Carvana, Carmax or a couple dealer...
Similar situation so paid my local dealer a little more and my Maverick will be delivered here and saved me a trip up north I didn't want to make in Feb. Money wise it was a wash.
Not enough info, what kind of car? How deep is the ditch? How easy is the access? How stuck is it? Not too important if you can wait til after the end of the month so if it isn't yours let the car owner sort it out, if its yours why don't you play it safe and call a tow truck.
I wouldn't...
Being an old man I never liked the smaller screen and I do use my apple car play more than I thought so ordered a 25 for the bigger screen, 360 camera, sync 4 and EB enhancements. This will be my 4th Maverick and probably my last so thought I would treat myself to some of the extra options...
Agree with others about Granger and I bought from them in 2022 with no issues and yes they had an airport shuttle. The best my dealer here would do on a 25 was $1300 (OTD) more than Granger. Looking at a plane ticket, 2.5 days on the road, 2 nights in a hotel, food and gas plus winter time...
With your numbers don't think I would try but if no choice then maybe a tow dolly to cut down on weight or ask a friend with a bigger truck or rent one for the day.
Yes it can be a factor but in SC sales tax is capped at $500 so a moot point on a new car.
But they do get their money because they then tax vehicles as personal property every year. lol
Nice looking Tremor.
I ordered a 25 XLT and sold a 22 XLT (both with same options). After the smoke clears it will cost me about $4k but I am getting one 3 years newer. I am only moving up to a 25 for the upgrades otherwise the 22 would still be in my garage.
For what it's worth I did...
I think the tariff thing is mostly talk but even if does happen it would take months to implement and will the administration really want Ford to deal with the fallout for a product thats assembled in Mexico? All I know is the lawyers will be happy with the turmoil and the buyer and/or...
Even if one pays cash and parks it unregistered you are foolish not to have some insurance.
OP mention family will start it, drive it around the block, so sounds like it will need tags and insurance.
Yep, been there and after 27 years in the Navy I still don't want somebody else to be the first person farting or leaving hash marks in my brand new vehicle. :D
