i purchased ford protect premium for 60,000 miles at a cost of 3000.00 . i am retired & plan on keeping my 22 first edition. still under 10,000 miles today.
my first edition has made those noises every time i enter garage fob or no fob,i figured it was part of antitheft system or something like that. you can’t sneak up on it
push the max a/c button & aim center vents between seats the back area will get plenty of air. i’ve never had a vehicle with stronger airflow than my maverick.

I sold my trade to carvana for 5k more than ford dealership offered as trade,left me 5k less to pay for maverick(I had another vehicle to drive while waiting )
.I can’t say what fmco’ s supply issues or anything about production issues are but I’m pretty sure if they could build & ship them all tomorrow they would. I’m positive they want everybody’s $$$$,ordered mine June 9 & don’t have it yet 2.0 awd 4k fe // hang in there you’ll love it when it shows up
I agree ,hang in there, my Area 51 ,awd,4k,fe has everything ordered 6/14 & it’s on a train in Illinois/should have it in a week,I can’t wait (but I will)
