Yep. And it's $75.00 PLUS shipping. Outrageous.
You know its overpriced when they have to offer a finance option (4 payments) LOL.
Who would have ever thought of the need to purchase a vehicle air filter via monthly payments, WTF????
I sold my 2007 Colorado LT (short cab/long bed) to upgrade to the Maverick. The Colorado served me well over 15 years of ownership. 99.9% reliable, only had 67k miles on when I sold it. Paid $14k when brand new, sold it for $9k.
The image above is what I used as that's all I could find locally, ***BUT*** it was the one that would not reach to the center of the bolt stud. So I used a small wood wedge and slid it under the plastic bolt on the tool, it took a bit of finagling but I was able to get the wiper arm pried up...
I had to use a wiper arm puller for mine. Surprising hard to find at local auto stores. You need one that is deeper than normal (wide enough to fit over the arm so the pin is in the center).
Agree on Motorbiscuit. The Ridgeline/hybrid article is pure clickbait, you can tell just by the way it is written, lots of vague information and pure speculation, written in a way to make it look like official information.
Exactly the opposite for me, my XLT is one of the nicest riding vehicles I have ever owned, and I've owned a ton of different models/brands over the decades...
I solved that issue by putting strips of foam along the contact area.
I bet I could make a nicer looking set in my garage. They definitely look "aftermarket" (which they of course are) but not in a good way. For some, function over style I guess is ok.
I like the Ford OEM ones a lot better. Besides being way overpriced, the RokBlokz look almost home-made, and the mounting bolts/large washers stick out like a sore thumb - don't look "factory" at all.
Thanks. Looks like Autozone has the exact same battery under the Duralast brand name (Mfd by Clarios). Also it looks like same battery is offered under the Interstate brand name.
Have you seen a MFG date on the original OEM battery that you replaced?
