Details on the 2.5" lift???

Looks freaking awesome and I cant believe they delivered my Maverick to you to lift it and do the exhaust for me. How thoughtful of you and Ford.

is the rear wheel not centred in the wheel well on all the lifts for this truck? Have seen this before where rear wheel appears off. Perhaps a function of the unibody construction. Seems to be evident on Ridgelines as well

2.5 lift looks to be to much for my taste. 1.5's look best imo.

nice truck though hope to take delivery of my VB sometime this spring!

This isn't due to the unibody. This is due to the short length of the longitudinal control arm. Picture where the forward pivot point of the roughly 2' long arm is and you'll recognize that the wheel will of course move along that arc as it drops out (a lift kit just pushes it down along that arc).

If you centered the rear wheel when lifted, while retaining the short control arm length, then the tire would contact the rear of the wheel well upon suspension compression.

One could potentially create a long arm kit to solve this (would move the forward pivot point farther forward, consequently creating a wider arc (straighter wheel travel)).
