This is why I bought my Maverick XLT... is that the 250 or 450 gas gas?! Nice looking bike... I am rocking the 21 KTM 250SX myself . Have you tried length wise as well when hauling (so you can fit 2 bikes in???) I know from measurements it should be just fine.... was curious!

Looks a bit silly... and I got some strange looks... But it handled it fine. I do larger loads in my Ram 1500 and the Mav has a higher payload.

Moved a couple of large pieces of furniture. The low height of the maverick bed makes loading easy. One piece was longer than the bed, but no issues leaving the tailgate down.

this would have been a pain in my old suv, but simple and easy in the maverick.

Not proud of it, and should have double checked, but I towed 5,190 pounds the other day. Truck did fine, trailer brake controller worked excellent.

I underestimated the weight of the vehicle trailer I used.

Yes it is as best as I can tell or need it to be.

My mare is injured and on stall rest, so I need some square bales to feed (she's usually on pasture with round bales).
I picked up 15 bales from my hay guy, and drove ~30 miles to the horse farm. Bales weight 50-60lbs each, so in the 750-900lb range for total load.
She handled it well! No extra sway/swing in the back end. Still good acceleration and braking, though my MPGs took a hit.
