Here are the first heavily camouflaged photos of the Ford Maverick pickup truck which is expected to be a unibody compact truck built on Ford's C2 platform.
I came across these that I haven't seen posted here. This prototype is disguised as an SUV with a big camper shell on the bed.
"Our spies tell us that the vehicle might look humongous in photos, but it’s actually not that big in real life. In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised if the devious camo artists used an extra few inches of spacer camo to make this prototype look longer than it actually is. There’s also some fake camo that makes the rear door look larger than it actually is."
I get the camper shell making it look bigger but why does it look so stretched (wheelbase) also? Really looks huge here, as big if not bigger than Ranger, at least in these photos.
