Have you tried using the tension adjustment screws?

When I wiggle the end link by hand and can duplicate the noise inside the cabin but it doesn't appear to be the link itself. The noise is coming from the left sway bar bushing area. The bushing APPEARS to be fine...
I daily drove a fairly modified mid 80s Ford product with a 302 for years. Made almost 400 to the tire all motor and it was LOUD. I still have the car, but it's a weekend toy now. The exhaust clips I hear on these trucks are rather tame TBH.
Buy an Android Auto/Apple Carplay compatible wireless adapter and forget about it.
We went through similar issues with connections and the adapter made them disappear. It's $40 well spent.
