  1. Ford Performance Exhaust ( Chrome ) Current Price

I have the Ford Performance Sport Exhaust M-5200-MVB. It fits fine. It's definitely Borla. It's loud on cold start. And I mean loud! Once it warms up it's not too bad. It's almost quiet on warm idle at stoplights. Other drivers at stoplights don't give you the evil eye. It's probably the...

I don't know. Lots of variables, too many for me to investigate. IMHO our current brakes work fine with my current power and handling mods. I haven't even needed track pads yet, I'm still trying to find the limit of the oem pads. Frankly, I'm amazed by that. I very much doubt I will ever need...
  3. Grassroots Motorsports Track Tests the Lobo

GRM takes the Lobo to their test track. The You Tube is here: . They also have it on their discussion forum, but I'm not sure if you have to be a forum member to see it: Could your next track car be a Ford Maverick Lobo? I agree with most of Tech Editor J.G. Pasterjak's points. However I don't...
  4. Lobo Handling?

No quirks, drives great. I came to the Lobo from a Ram 3500 that was a tow monster. But comparing a Lobo to a full size 1 ton pickup is like comparing day to night. If you get a Lobo next spring you're welcome to meet me at Oregon Raceway Park as my guest and see just how quirky it can be!

2nd Track Day at ORP. The only mod from day 1 was the new wheels/tires. Max G Cornering: 1.05 Max G Braking: -0.93 Max Speed: 101.3 mph Fastest Lap 2:10.62 This data came off my Garmin Catalyst. Thoughts: It was a beautiful day at ORP. Hardly any wind (very rare) 65 degrees and sunny. We had a...

The wheels are 23.56 lbs. I didn't weigh them mounted with the tires.

If you want the wheels I will sell them and throw in the car too. I'll make you a great deal!!

  9. Maverick Lobo Autocross Testing & Handling Upgrades

Congrats on a great season! Especially a compressed one. Given you live in Edmonton maybe snow/ice cross now? ❄ You've convinced me on the Goodwin bar. And now they are on sale for $279, order in.

I'm 95% sure it's a Lotus. Next time I'll get some paddock shots.

I got the following comment on my YouTube Video: "@HarleyRider503: Talk about stupid. Just seen this on Mavericktruckclub. This is video game footage..." o_O My first reaction was <expletive deleted>. Then I calmed down and laughed about it. My Reply: "LOL, thanks for the compliment! It's great...

Thanks for all the Kudos! I've edited the first post with the actual data so we can compare the future mods. Here's what I added: Max G Cornering: 0.96 Max G Braking: -0.95 Max Speed: 98.2mph Fastest Lap 2:16 The G Forces were surprisingly higher than I expected. This data came off my Garmin...

The intent of this thread is to document my track and autox days in the 2025 Lobo. I took my Ford Maverick Lobo to Oregon Raceway Park (ORP) for it's first track day. The truck is 99% as delivered OEM. The only mod is a Ford Performance cat back exhaust. Even the suspension settings are as...
  14. Sport & Track Lobo Brake Pads & Rotors

Thanks. I don't know. Looking at the parts/diagrams it looks very possible, but very expensive. You'll need not just the rotors ($170 ea) and calipers ($182 ea), but the support brackets ($150 ea), the splash shields ($42 ea), retaining pins ($47 ea). About $700 each side. As for the master...
  15. Sport & Track Lobo Brake Pads & Rotors

I went ahead and copied Google Gemini on what FMSI pad size means: An FMSI (Friction Materials Standards Institute) pad size refers to the specific, standardized shape and dimensions of a brake pad. The FMSI issues unique part numbers, often called "D-numbers," to identify brake pads with the...
