Not going to lie, being behind somebody that is "pulse gliding" sounds annoying. What is the "range" you do this at? 5mph? it feels like you would have to do this across a 15+ mph range where you speed up to 75 and glide down to 60 on highway and unless you are just doing that drafting behind...
