No they come with extras only had to use a couple of the longer ones for a couple of spots where the thickness of both the fenders and mudflaps made it necessary to use one of the longer pins

I really like them, very easy to put on all holes lined up, they are slim and hug the body contours. Hardest thing about them was pulling the required pins took about 1 1/2 hours to put them and the mud flaps on.
