    You are correct! I do not used the Maverick as a truck. It’s great that this one vehicle can be a hauler, off-roader, commuter, sports truck, cruiser, work truck, etc. My particular use may justify AAA to deal with a flat :teehee:

    I used to desire a conventional spare, then I realized only 30 minutes of my entire life was on one of those tires. I want my correct wheel back ASAP! The compact should weigh less per hybrid thinking. At least Ford hasn’t put a can of fix-a-flat in to replace the tire as my daughter’s “loaded”...

    Since all the owners here have not had this issue and are offering good possibilities…looks like a job for a ford dealer as Andy @SafetyGuy suggests. (and subsequent results for the MTC gang).

    One of the fun things with the Maverick is the “stuff” you can do to for very little money. Some things like bed liner or bed cover cost a bit more but there are some cheaper options with the topper. Soft close gate, adding side storage in the bed (XL still only have one?), bed lighting…. Etc...
