Had one of my “adopted” kiddos reply to me The following.
Them:
”You seriously bought a pick up? “
” late (in life) to be buying a pick up truck ?”
Me:
”you’re kidding, I’ve always wanted a truck …
”G (the ex) went “bye bye”, now I get to have a truck and I’m “old” I have the time to actually enjoy it!”
Their reply
